HOUSTON, Texas (March 24) - Greg Stanfield and Bart Price, drivers of the DBP Enterprises Chevrolet S-10 Pro Stock Trucks have mixed feelings about the 14th Annual O'Reilly Nationals in Houston, Texas. Their mixed feelings come from having one truck qualified and in the show, and one truck that did not qualify for the event.

Stanfield qualified fourth with a 7.453 / 181.50 mph. He will meet Joe Pigford in Round 1 of Sunday's eliminations.

While Price's best attempt of the day a 7.552 / 179.19 mph would not be good enough to qualify for the event, and will not race on Sunday.

"I am happy just to be in the show," said Stanfield of Bossier City, La. "We have had problems here this weekend, not only with Bart's truck, but also with mine. It is a little surprising to me that I qualified that well at all.

"I really would have like to have seen Bart (teammate Bart Price) get in the show. We tried everything that we could, but we couldn't get it done. At least one of us is racing tomorrow.

Stanfield was asked what he thought it would take to win the race on Sunday. His response was:

"What will it take to win this thing? Shoot, I don't know. I have (Joe) Pigford in Round 1, but that doesn't really matter to me. I don't care who is in the other lane. I just need to take it one round at a time.

"I have a real simple plan for tomorrow. Leave first. Stay straight, and cross the finish line first. That is what it is going to take to win this race."

Eliminations at the 14th Annual O'Reilly Nationals will take place on Sunday March 25 at 11:00 AM CST.
