Jeg Coughlin is a two-time Pro Stock champion in Englishtown. He won in 1998, beating Mike Edwards in the final, and again in 2000, beating Greg Anderson.

In addition to his two Pro Stock wins, Jeg has also been runner-up twice in Englishtown, once in 2002 and again in 2007. Both times he raced Greg Anderson in the final.

In nine career appearances at Old Bridge Township Raceway Park, Jeg Coughlin has a round win record of 19-7 in Pro Stock competition.

As a sportsman racer, Jeg won the Super Gas title in Englishtown in 1997.

Jeg is currently ranked second in the NHRA POWERade Pro Stock standings following his runner-up finish at the recent Torco Race Fuels Route 66 Nationals in Chicago.

Jeg has qualified in the top half of the Pro Stock field in six times in nine races in Englishtown. His best starting spot is No. 1, which occurred in 2000.

In ten events this season, Jeg has a win, two runner-up, and three semifinal finishes to his credit. His round win record is 19-8.

During his career, Jeg has appeared in 81 final rounds, 63 as a professional and 18 as a sportsman racer.

With 39 Pro Stock wins, Jeg is the fourth most successful driver in the history of the class. He trails only Warren Johnson (96), Bob Glidden (85), and Greg Anderson (53) in wins.

Jeg is ranked No. 5 in the K&N Horsepower Challenge standings. The K&N Challenge is a special event that will take place in Norwalk, Ohio on June 28. It is a special $50,000 to win event that is open only to the top eight Pro Stock racers based on their qualifying performance over the previous year. With just one race remaining in which to qualify, Jeg has locked himself into the field for the seventh time in his career.
