Treble stays with "Old Reliable" for Englishtown event.

Englishtown, pre-race: Craig Treble left the disappointing Atlanta Event with the satisfaction of knowing that he was about to debut a new Kosman chassis in Englishtown, and with it, attempt to set the bar in Pro Stock Bike at a new level. But just like Atlanta, things haven't quite gone the way the Matco Tools team had hoped.

" I have been at Kenny Williams shop since I left Atlanta and we have been working night and day on this new bike. We have now decided to send the chassis in for a few revisions, and stick with the old bike at least through Englishtown. It is really a let down because I feel that the new bike has so much potential, and Englishtown is such an awesome track that is a combination that I was anxious to try."

"I love Englishtown, and if there is a place that the Pro Stock Bikes like to run fast its Etown. Last year Angelle set the track record at 7.049 and I think the bump was a 7.270, the place is very quick and I love that. The good part about sticking with our old combination is that we have a ton of data and we just need to use it right to do well there."

"Vance & Hines has finished my new motor, and we still plan on testing it using the current chassis prior to Englishtown. It's been non-stop work lately and I can't wait to get on the Matco Tools Pro Stock Suzuki and go racing."

Qualifying at Englishtown: Friday: 3:30 & 6:00 / Saturday: 12:45 & 3:15 Eliminations: Sunday 11:00 am
