Bruce Mullins Racing has reached agreement with Engine Works of Kingsport, Tennessee, on a one-race sponsorship for the Winston Showdown at Bristol Motor Speedway. Engine Works produces aftermarket components for just about anything from wild 200-mph race motors to mild rebuilds for your everyday driver. The Fredericksburg, Virginia, team is excited about the sponsorship and is especially looking forward to returning to NHRA competition.

The WAR HORSE team hopes to improve on its last national event outing where they qualified number 10 and advanced to the second round at the moto1.net Virginia Nationals. With the addition of Engine Works to their list of sponsors, and the potential the car is showing with its new Mert Littlefield blower and MSD 44 amp ignition, new career best performances are not far out of reach.
