PHOENIX, Ariz. - Scott Lynch won the Subway 150 at Phoenix International Raceway on Sunday to score his third victory of the season in the NASCAR Grand National Division, Winston West Series.

Lynch, who finished second at Phoenix in the season-opener in February, started from the pole position - but was relegated to second through the first half of the race as Kevin Richards dominated early.

Richards eventually faded to fourth, however, with Lynch taking the lead on lap 104 and setting the pace through the finish.

Steve Portenga finished second, with Mike Duncan taking third. Fourth-place went to Richards, while Jim Inglebright came home fifth.

Lynch continues to lead the standings in the chase for the championship, with Portenga in second and Duncan remaining third.
