STRADER QUICKEST IN CHARLOTTE TEST

Concord, NC- (April 25, 2001) Cam Strader topped the Goody's Dash Series speed chart Tuesday evening as testing kicked off for the May events at Lowe's Motor Speedway.

Strader, in the Wesson Cooking Oil/Peter Pan Peanut Butter Mercury, turned in the fastest lap at 152.413.

Brandon Ward was second fastest at 152.070 mph and defending race winner Robert Huffman was third quickest in a Toyota at 151.558mph.

Cam Strader, the 2000 NASCAR Goody's Dash Series rookie of the year, was extremely happy with his test.

"We were about the slowest car here last year and now we are the fastest," he said with a big smile. "Wesson and Peter Pan Peanut Butter are the primary sponsors on our car; their support along with our many associate sponsors has allowed us to improve our whole program."

Strader and the rest of the Dash Series regulars head to the Orange County Speedway this Saturday night in Rougemont, NC.
