SHOWERS WASH AWAY BUDWEISER 125 By Scott L. Harra

TENINO, Wash. For the second time this season, foul weather has washed away a NASCAR REB-CO Northwest Tour race at South Sound Speedway. Qualifying for the Budweiser 125, on September 13, had just gotten underway when showers hit the speedway. When it became clear that the weather was not going to let up, racing for the night was canceled.

The Budweiser 125 was to be the second to last race of the season for the NASCAR REB-CO Northwest Tour. A decision will be made this week if the race is to be made up at a later date. The next race on the NASCAR REB-CO Northwest Tour schedule is the NAPA 150 at Magic Valley Speedway in Twin Falls, Idaho on September 20.
