Statement From Dodge's Ralph Gilles On Death Of NASCAR's Jim Hunter
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (Oct. 30, 2010) -- Responding to the death of NASCAR Vice President of Communications Jim Hunter, Dodge President and CEO Ralph Gilles has issued the following statement:
"Although I'm relatively new in the NASCAR community, I'm well aware of Jim Hunter's impact on our sport and the many contributions he's made over six decades. He had a remarkable career, one that impacted every segment of our sport. The footprint he leaves will serve as a guide for us for years to come. The Dodge community extends our sympathy to the entire Hunter family."
