** Goody's Dash Series, NASCAR Touring: Robert Huffman grabbed his second victory of the 2001 season by winning the DAYTONA USA.com 150 at Daytona International Speedway.

A rain storm washed out qualifying, so there was no Bud Pole winner, but Huffman led 52 of the race's 60 laps and won the Gatorade Frontrunner Award. There were five lead changes.

Danny Bagwell finished second, .104 of a second behind the winner. Shane Hmiel took third, Zach Brewer was fourth and Roger Sawyer was fifth. Cam Strader leads the championship standings with 1,417 points. Sawyer is second with 1,344.

Earlier in the week, the Series competed in the Goody's Liberty 150 at South Boston Speedway in South Boston, VA and Mike Conover won. The victory came on Conover's third career start.

Justin Hobgood finished second, Robert Huffman took third, Jake Hobgood was fourth and Cam Strader came home fifth.

Conover averaged 67.221 mph around the 4/10-mile oval. He beat Hobgood by just .058 of a second. Jimmy Britt won the Bud Pole Award with a lap averaging 88.785 mph.
