NASCAR Busch North Series opener features contests, free tickets

LEE, N.H. (Feb. 26, 1998) -- The season opener for the NASCAR Busch North Series Grand National Division season the Wall's Ford 150 on April 19 at Lee USA Speedway will be a showcase for the sport, thanks to race sponsor Wall's Ford of Salisbury, Mass. Free passes to practice sessions, Honorary Pit Crew and NASCAR Winston Cup Series ticket contests, show car appearances and autograph sessions and a discount on Ford cars and trucks from Wall's Ford will be featured.

The promotions for the Wall's Ford 150 will kick off at Auto Palace Racearama, the annual breakout for the new season's NASCAR racing in New England, held on March 6-8 this year at the Big E in Springfield, Mass. Wall's Ford driver Bryan Wall and the No. 77 show car will make a special appearance in the Lee USA Speedway exhibit space, with autograph sessions on Saturday and Sunday at Racearama.

Then for two weekends prior to the season opener March 28-29 and April 4-5 Wall's Ford will hold an open house featuring its driver and the show car, where visitors can get free passes to the Practice Day at Lee USA on April 11.

During the open house, fans can also register to win the following prizes: An honorary pit crew membership with the GenWall Motorventures Wall's Ford No. 77 team and VIP privileges for the family during the Wall's 150; a ride in the pace car at the start of the Wall's Ford 150 at Lee USA; or two tickets for NASCAR Winston Cup Series/NASCAR Busch North Series weekend at New Hampshire International Speedway, July 10-12.

Flyers and entry blanks for all of the Wall's Ford 150 special events will be available in the Lee USA Speedway display during Racearama.
