RYAN MOORE WINS BUSCH NORTH RACE AT LAKE ERIE

ERIE, Ohio (July 11, 2005) -- Ryan Moore collected his first career victory in NASCAR Grand National Division, Busch North Series competition when he won the Local Dodge Dealers 150 at Lake Erie Speedway.

Moore, 21, will attempt to make the field for the July 16 NASCAR Busch Series race at Loudon, N.H. when he will drive for Dale Earnhart Jr.'s team. He is the son of Kelly Moore, the all-time leader in many Busch North Series statistical categories.

Moore led the entire 150-lap distance around the 3/8-mile Lake Erie oval. He averaged 66.176 mph and his margin of victory was 2.061 seconds. The victory came in his 33rd Busch North start and came after Moore won the Busch Pole Award with a lap averaging 87.896 mph.

Mike Stefanik finished second, followed by points leader Matt Kobyluck, Mike Johnson and Dave Dion.

Kobyluck has one win and a pair of third-place finishes in the three Busch North races this season. His 515 points give him a lead of 22 points over Stefanik in the standings.

Goodyear is the exclusive tire provider for the Grand National Division. That includes the NASCAR West Series.
