DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (July 25, 2003) - BRDAYTONA, a Florida-based motorsports promotion company, will take over the sanctioning and operation of the Goody's Dash Series at the conclusion of the 2003 racing season, it was announced today. BRDAYTONA, led by investors Randy Claypoole and Buck Parker will assume all operations of the series, effective Oct. 26, 2003.

The Goody's Dash Series has been a part of NASCAR since 1975 and was a training ground for such drivers as Michael Waltrip, Hut Stricklin, Shawna Robinson and Shane Hmiel. The Goody's Dash Series features compact cars powered by six-cylinder engines. Approved models include the Chevrolet Cavalier, Ford Escort, Mercury Cougar, Pontiac Sunfire and Toyota Celica. Goody's Dash Series cars have a wheelbase of 100 inches and weigh 2,750 pounds (2,950 pounds on superspeedways).

"We are excited and challenged by the prospect that lies ahead with regard to the future of the Dash Series," commented Parker and Claypoole.

"This is about new blood, a new focus, and lots of energy. We cannot promise that all of our goals will be achieved this first year. But, we can guarantee that we will have a series that maintains the technological achievements of the past 29 years under the direction of NASCAR and raises the bar of competitive entertainment and promotional value of our product."
