WHAT: Extended practice day for NASCAR Nationwide Series teams competing in the fourth and final 2010 race for the new car.

Fans can watch NASCAR Nationwide Series new car extended practice for FREE on Wednesday as the Ford Mustang, Dodge Challenger, Toyota Camry and Chevrolet Impala new cars make their Charlotte Motor Speedway race debut for the Dollar General 300. Fans may enter through Gate 5A and do not need a ticket for entry. A FREE autograph session with NASCAR Nationwide drivers including Justin Allgaier, Michael Annett, Kenny Wallace, Ryan Truex and others will take place on Friday, Oct. 15, at 1 p.m. For the Autograph Session, fans should enter at the Turn Four tunnel near Gate 2. Drivers will be located on pit road to the right of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series garage.
Additionally, a FREE NASCAR Nationwide Series new car "Tech Talk," featuring NASCAR Nationwide Series Director Joe Balash and driver Jason Leffler, also will take place on Friday, Oct. 15. Fans can learn the differences between the current and new NASCAR Nationwide Series cars, which will be on display at the "Tech Talk." Start time is 2 p.m. at the Nationwide Insurance trackside display, next to the Sprint Experience display on the track side of the property (to the right of the restroom facility outside Hospitality Village).
