Scott talks Road America
"Well, I'm really not sure what to expect. I was fortunate enough to go up for the PR advance and get to spend a little bit of time going around the race track in a Toyota Pace Camry entertaining the media. I think it's always exciting when you go to a new venue. We didn't' do any road course testing and I have limited road course experience, however I headed out to Bondurant Racing School with our owner, Harry Scott, Jr. It's going to be a new challenge and I'm really looking forward to having BigSpot.com back on the car. Hopefully we can stay on course, and give BigSpot.com a good showing like they deserve."
Scott on Three Weeks of Bad Luck
"If I knew what would shake this bad luck, I would have done it before last weekend. It's frustrating for everyone involved. I can tell you the last three weeks haven't been fun. I just really want to go back to having good runs. The important thing is simply that we can't give up. The entire team, from management to crew to myself, we cannot give up. We have to show everyone that we're committed and that we're going to stick with it. It's important to stay excited and pumped up because there will be better times. We all have to work hard to prepare like we have been doing and know that we will get back to running good, just as soon as we can find some luck."
Scott on BigSpot.com
"I'm excited for the second race with BigSpot.com. We've began a marketing partnership with them that I hope will continue for a long time. The service they provide is pretty unique. Fans just go sign up at BigSpot.com and they are asked a couple of questions that help marketers know what the public wants. The fans then get rewarded for sharing their opinions with prizes monthly. I think it's cool that you can get prizes for helping the products and services that big companies offer by just telling them what you want."
The No. 11 AccuDoc Solutions team is bringing chassis No. BR31 for this weekend's Bucyrus 200. BR31 was last seen in the hands of teammate Jason Leffler at Watkins Glen in 2009.
