LAGASSE JR. FINISHES 34TH AT RICHMOND

RICHMOND, Virg. (April 30, 2010) -- After posting top-10 lap times at the end of final practice, Scott Lagasse Jr. and the No. 43 WarrantyDirect.com Racing team hoped to continue their success on short tracks this season. A broken sway bar arm on lap 97 forced Lagasse Jr. to the garage for several laps, leading to a disappointing 34th-place finish in the Bubba Burger 250 at Richmond International Raceway. By returning to the track and finishing the race, Lagasse Jr. is one of five drivers to be running at the finish of all nine NASCAR Nationwide Series races this season.

"The WarrantyDirect.com Ford Fusion was a top 10 car at the end of practice and we liked our chances for a strong finish tonight" said Lagasse Jr. "Unfortunately we had a sway bar arm break in the middle of the race and we didn't end up with the finish that we had hoped for."

Lagasse Jr., who is currently 13th in the Nationwide Series point standings, will be back in action Friday, May 7th, when the NASCAR Nationwide Series heads to Darlington Raceway.
