LEFFLER ALWAYS STRONG AT RICHMOND INT'L SPEEDWAY

In 13 total NNS starts at Richmond Int'l Raceway (RIR), Leffler has started inside the top-10 six times, including one pole (May 2006). He has two top-five finishes and five top-15 finishes with a total of 82 laps led.

Leffler also has one NASCAR Camping World Truck Series pole at Richmond to his credit. In his only NCWTS start at RIR (2002), Leffler captured the pole and led for 85 laps before finishing 12th.

ON TRACK TO BREAK CAREER-BEST NUMBER OF TOP-10'S IN ONE SEASON

In 2004, Leffler captured 17 top-10 and eight top-five finishes in what has been his best season to date performance-wise. This year, the Long Beach, Calif.-native is well on his way to besting those numbers, with 17 top-10's and six top-five's. With a top-10 finish this weekend at Richmond Intl Raceway, Leffler will break his personal record of number of top-10's in a single season.

LEFFLER AMONG STRONGEST NNS REGULARS AT RICHMOND

According to NASCAR Loop Data Stats at Richmond, Leffler is one of the strongest among Nationwide Series regulars. He is ranked in the top-10 in a number of categories including Closers (6th), Fastest Laps Run (10th), Green Flag Passes (3rd), Laps in the Top-15 (7th), Laps Led (9th) and Quality Passes (5th).

LEFFLER ON RACING AT RICHMOND INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY:

"The configuration of Richmond is awesome because it's got a short track feel to it but is fast enough that it also has speedway characteristics. The cars are a little bit more aero-sensitive than at other tracks this size. With two racing grooves there's a lot of side-by-side beating and banging which is fun as a driver and exciting for the fans. Because it is such a small track, you can see and hear the fans even when you are in the car. It's pretty cool to have that coliseum-type atmosphere! This Great Clips team has had a tough couple of weeks but Richmond is historically a strong track for us. It's a great place for us to re-focus and turn our momentum back around."
