Menard on racing at Phoenix International Raceway in the Nationwide Series:

"I'm glad that I'm back in the No. 98 Richmond / Menards Ford Fusion this weekend in Phoenix. It's a track where any extra track time you can get always helps. While we can't really transfer that much over into the Cup car, just having the extra laps around Phoenix will be helpful. Matt (Puccia) and all the guys at the Nationwide shop have done a great job this season with giving me fast race cars right when we unload at the track. Last weekend in Texas, we were able to get a top-five finish, but I thought we had a little better car than that. This weekend, we'll do the same thing we've done the last two weeks; go out there, qualify well and then stay out of trouble in the race and look for a good finish at the end of the day."

Crew Chief Matt Puccia on racing at Phoenix International Raceway in the Nationwide Series:

"I've really liked going to Phoenix and have been there a bunch over the years. It's a track that it doesn't matter what series you are setting up for, you have to be able to turn your car in the center of the corner. On top of that, you are setting up for two different corners. I think we have a pretty good handle on what Paul likes in the car and how he likes it to handle on the track. If we focus on a good qualifying effort on Friday morning, it should be a good race later that night. It's a long day, but I know all the guys are looking forward to a Friday night race in Phoenix."
