Patrick Carpentier will be making his fourth start in the Nationwide Series at Loudon this weekend. In three starts [Las Vegas, Mexico, Talladega] the Quebec-native owns two top-10s, a top-five finish and an average finish of 7.0. Carpentier hopes to continue the streak this weekend.

"The Nationwide Series is so much fun," Carpentier explained. "For me, I'm just thrilled to be racing this close to Canada. Montreal is only a four hour drive away, so I'm hoping we get a lot of Canadian fans here to watch. There are a few races that are close to Canada, and this is one of them, so I'm hoping the Wisk Dodge can put on a good show for everyone."

TV and Radio Times: Qualifying is set for Saturday at 10:00 a.m. (ET) on SPEED and MRN Radio. Race time: Saturday at 3 p.m. (ET) on ABC and MRN Radio.

PATRICK CARPENTIER QUOTES:

"There's a lot of talent there. A bunch of the Cup drivers like to run in this series, but there are talented regulars too. So you really get the best of both worlds.

"Loudon is a tough track. It's going to be important to get a good run off the corners. They key in doing that is to have a car that rotates through the center well. The corners are so long and you spend a lot of time in them, that having a car which corners well is critical."
