SCOTT WIMMER ON KENTUCKY

"I've been very successful at Kentucky Speedway in the past, so I'm excited about this weekend. I've had some strong runs, including a second-place finish, but just haven't been able to capitalize and get to victory lane. We had a strong car all weekend in Nashville so hopefully we'll build off of that momentum and unload a fast car. We are bringing the car that Greg Biffle had a strong run with at Charlotte a few weeks ago, so I think that we'll be really good again this weekend. The track has aged some and gotten a lot bumpier since we first raced there back in 2001. It is a tricky place to get around but I've raced there a lot and done a lot of testing as well so I'm familiar with the track. We'll have a good game plan going into the race and I'm confident if we avoid accidents that you'll see us running near the front of the pack!"

CREW CHIEF RICK VIERS ON KENTUCKY

"Kentucky Speedway is one of my favorite places that we go to. The fan support is amazing and the track is really fast. If you want to be in contention, you need to be able to make the car turn off the center of the corners and handle well. We'll have to find a really good shock package that will provide a lot of grip. We are taking car 86, which is the car we had a strong run with at Charlotte a few weeks ago. In the past, the Charlotte setup package has transferred well over to Kentucky, so I think we'll have a good car right off the hauler. There are a few little things that Scott likes different than Biffle, so we made a few minor adjustments to tailor the car to his liking. He runs very well at Kentucky, so I think we'll have a chance to qualify in the top five and compete for the win."
