Jamie Dick and the Viva Motorsports No.55 Viva Auto Group Chevrolet team is hoping this weekend's event will end the string of bad luck that has plagued them this season. After disappointing results at Daytona, Phoenix, and Las Vegas to start the season, a solid finish is pivotal. The Drive to Stop Diabetes 300 will mark Dick's third career start at The Bristol Motor Speedway, which is a fast, high banked, concrete half-mile oval.

Last time out: In 2013, Jamie Dick had a strong run going in his second career start at Bristol Motor Speedway until an incident took place on lap 102 ending his day, resulting in a 35th place finish.

Stats: The Drive to Stop Diabetes 300 will mark Jamie Dick's 38th career NASCAR Nationwide Series Start. The El Paso, TX native is among only four Nationwide Series regulars to have lead laps in the 2014 season.

Race Info: The Drive to Stop Diabetes 300 at Bristol Motor Speedway will be held Saturday March 15th.

Jamie Dick's Thoughts: "I'm really excited to head back to Bristol," said Jamie Dick. "It's a fast high speed track that rewards consistency lap after lap. Concentration is a huge key to success here, but also being able to act quickly because things happen so fast. All those challenges make it a fun and exciting race to be a part of. I think we can go there this weekend and turn some heads and show everyone what me and our Viva Auto Group team is about this season."

Chassis Selection: Crew Chief Bill Henderson will be brining Chassis VM 55-003 as the primary car. In 2013 the car placed 35th at both Phoenix and Loudon, along with serving as a backup for Richmond, Kentucky, and Atlanta. Chassis VM 55-005 will serve as the backup car that recently ran at Las Vegas to a 29th place finish.

Driver Appearance: Jamie Dick will be on hand to sign Autographs on Thursday March 13th at the Food City Race Night from 6-8pm ET. If you can't make it Thursday, Jamie will also be on hand to sign autographs Friday night March 14th at the Bristol Motor Speedway Food City Race Night.
