Jamie McMurray No. 88 Suave Men Chevrolet
"I'm happy to be back with the 88 team this weekend at Chicagoland with a great sponsor like Suave Men. I know the whole JRM organization is riding high after Dale's win in the 3 car last week. Everyone was excited for that victory - myself included. I'm thinking we can carry a lot of that positive momentum to Chicago this week. Chicago isn't a track I've had a lot of success at, but it's a fun place to drive.
"My goal is to go out there and win races for these guys. Plus, we've got some added motivation with Suave Men putting up the head-to-head challenge too. We're going to be taking on the 7 team in a competition which factors in our practice speeds, qualifying efforts and race results throughout the weekend. The winning team is going to have a donation made to The Dale Jr. Foundation courtesy of Suave Men. So it's all for a great cause."
Danica Patrick No. 7 Go Daddy Chevrolet
"There's no doubt New Hampshire was a tough race for our Go Daddy team. By the end of that race I had a lot of good info I can use next time around. But we're moving on. It was a learning experience and that's exactly what I need right now. I need to be learning each and every week. When we head back there next year, I'll have a much better understanding of how to get around that place.
"Chicagoland is a track I'm a little more familiar with than Loudon. I just want to get out there and start logging laps in practice on Friday with our Go Daddy car. Everything is still fairly new and I'm still learning. The only way to get better is to get behind that wheel and log laps. Tony [Eury] Jr. is a great supporter and someone I can always bounce questions off of, but until I really get out there in race conditions it's hard to know what I'll need, and predict how the flow of the race will go."
TEAM POINTS POSITION - The No. 88 Suave Men team remains ninth in the 2010 owner points after Daytona. The No. 7 Go Daddy team occupies the 21st spot in owner points.
