Fedewa is looking forward to going to one of the most exciting racetracks on the NASCAR Busch Series, Grand National Division circuit, Bristol Motor Speeedway. Having racked up two top-five and three top-10 finishes at the track proves he can run with the best of them at Bristol.

"Bristol is a fun racetrack," said Fedewa. "It is one of those tracks that you have to qualify well at and stay out of trouble. The racing is tight and extremely fast. You have to be on top of the game because you don't have the reaction time to slow down. Spotters are very important because they are your eyes at this track. Plus, the fans really get a great show here."

The No. 36 Stanley Racing Pontiac that Fedewa will drive at Bristol is the same car that has racked up his two top-10 finishes in the 1999 season. This is a car that takes a licking and keeps on ticking. Fedewa has had the opportunity to work with this car twice so far this season and that has given him a perspective on what works for it and what doesn't.

"Working with Pontiac this season has been a real challenge for Tim and I," said Vic Kangas, crew chief for the No. 36 Stanley Racing Pontiac. "There is no doubt we have struggled a little, but that is how you learn. We try something and if it works we go with it and if it doesn't we go back and record that for future use and make another change. We have tried different variables on this car and we know what we are going with."

Fedewa will sign autographs at The Chop House in Kingsport, Tenn., on Friday, April 10, from 7-9 p.m. This will benefit the NASCAR Busch Series Grand National Ladies Association and The Tennessee Donor Services.
