BRIAN VICKERS, NO. 5 GMAC CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO: Finished 4th: "It was a pretty good run for us. We struggled there at the beginning, we didn't have the best car. I have to give thanks to the guys. They had good pit stops and gave me a good car there at the end. The second pit stop we got a little too loose., but it was a good night for the GMAC team. We moved to second place in the points and I'm really happy about that."

DAVID GREEN, NO. 37 TIMBER WOLF CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO: Finished 5th: "Our car ran real good, and that's what it takes to be there at the end. It got crazy there at the end. As good as it was to get the point lead.it's not over yet. It was a great race for us and Richmond here is home for Timber Wolf. My guys brought a brand new car here, we had 30 laps on it yesterday and we did a whale of a job with it. I had to move around a little on the track, and this is a different style car than we normally use. It took me about half the race to figure out what to do with it. They were patient with me and made some adjustments. At that point, it was sort of like they tell me: shut up and drive. So that's what I did."

JOHNNY SAUTER, NO. 43 CHANNELLOCK CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO: Tonight's victory was Sauter's second career NBS victory and it came in his 64th start. His victory set a record for the race, as Sauter started 29th. That breaks the mark shared by Bobby Hamilton and Harry Gant, who both started 28th before winning here at Richmond.

TELL US ABOUT THE PASS FOR THE LEAD. "It was exciting, awesome. This Channellock/Curb Records Chevrolet was awesome, At the beginning of the year I wasn't even suppose be running the full schedule. Hat's off to Kevin Harvick and all the guys on the Payday car for letting me by there and getting a good run at Matt. I don't know what the hell Matt's problem is, but if he wants to race that way, we can race that way."

TALK ABOUT GETTING BACK AROUND KENSETH FOR THE VICTORY. "Well, he pulled kind of a chicken move going into Turn 1 on the caution. I think he tried to take me out intentionally and I didn't really like that. My car took a while to get going on long runs. It's unfortunate that qualifying rained out and we had to start so far back, but Joe Shear and the guys did an awesome job getting the car ready."

TALK ABOUT YOUR SEASON SO FAR. "It's been an awesome season. Everybody at Chevrolet, RCR and Cary Agajanian and Mike Curb help me do this deal. It's been a pretty amazing effort. We're eighth in points and finally won a race. I felt like I should have won a bunch of races this year, but I let a couple of them get away."
