MILLINGTON, Tenn. - It's David Reutimann's first career Bud pole award, but he won't get to start the race from the best view. Reutimann qualified the No. 7 Chevy for driver Greg Biffle, who was busy with Winston Cup commitments in Martinsville, Virginia.

"If he runs good tomorrow, I'll take all the credit," Reutimann said. "If not, I'll leave early."

Due to the driver change, Biffle will have to start from the rear of the field. Biffle will drive in the Busch event on Saturday and then return to Virginia to run the Subway 500 in the No. 16 Ford for Roush Racing.

Biffle, the reigning Busch series champion, is fresh off a win in this series last weekend at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Concord, N.C.

Kyle Busch, the second place qualifier will gain the pole position, when Biffle moves to the rear of the field before the start of race.

Brian Vickers, Bobby Hamilton, Jr. and Ron Hornaday set the rest of the top five.

The race for the Busch championship has swapped between Scott Riggs, Brian Vickers and David Green many times in the last several months, and with five races to settle it, several drivers are looking to improve their point margin this week.

Vickers, the top-starting point contender, hopes it will be an advantage, "It helps, but it's not over yet, I'm not going to say it's an advantage until the race is over."

Currently, Vickers is second in standings, 36-points away from leader David Green.

Green rolls off eighth, while Scott Riggs - who is third in championship points, starts 14th.

A mere eighty points separate drivers one through five in the point race, the closest margin in Busch series history with just five races left in the season.
