As NASCAR gets set to take over Indianapolis, Skip Barber Three Day Racing School graduate Jason Leffler finds a busy schedule ahead. Leffler will be racing on Friday night at Indianapolis Raceway Park in a NASCAR Busch Grand National car. Before that race, he will be racing a USAC Silver Bullet car tonight Wednesday Aug. 2. Sandwiched in between will now be a NASCAR Craftsman Truck race on Thursday night. Leffler will race in the Powerstroke 200 alongside another Skip Barber grad, Mike Wallace in a two-car Team ASE/Ultra Motorsports drive.

"It's always great to run at Indianapolis Raceway Park. It's going to be an exciting week for me and there's going to be great racing for the fans," Leffler said. "The truck series is so tough that I know I'm going to have my work cut out for me - they won't be cutting me any slack."

Leffler relishes the challenge of racing such diverse machinery on three consecutive nights in front of a knowledgeable and enthusiastic crowd. This will be his first outing in a Craftsman Truck at the short IRP oval, though he did race in last year's Busch car.
