Scott Riggs On Las Vegas: Scott Riggs, driver of the No. 10 Nestle Nesquik Ford Taurus is looking forward to his first Busch Series start at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
"I am looking forward to running the Nesquik Ford Taurus at Las Vegas." Riggs said. "Harold (Holly-Crew Chief) and the rest of the Nesquik Racing Team have great notes from running there in the past three years. I also have seat time in the Craftsman Truck Series; I started fourth and finished fourth, so I think we are looking at a top five at least."
Team Communication: Riggs has been impressed with the Nesquik Racing Team and their level of communication from the time he was first introduced to them. "As soon as I met the guys, I could tell that we were going to hit it off, " Riggs said. "This Nesquik Racing Team communicates better than any team I have ever seen. I feel like our success as a team is being built on the foundation they have set with their communication. They have a chain going and I am just another link to that chain. I am going to work on strengthening my link. When that link is as strong as the rest, we will come out on top."
Harold Holly on Las Vegas: "We have had some good runs at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with the No. 10 Nesquik Ford Taurus," Holly said. "We have logged one top-five and three top-10's in the record books. We are looking forward to the same kind of success with Scott (Riggs) at the wheel. "
Holly on Strategy: "Last week we had to watch the tires," Holly commented. "This week it will be the fuel mileage. We will keep a close eye on the fuel mileage-it could be the key to winning."
Equipment: Riggs and his Nesquik Racing team are taking the same car to Las Vegas that the Nesquik Racing Team sat on the pole with in Homestead in November of 2001.
