NOTES & QUOTES
* Kluever is currently 17th in the Busch Series point standings. He has gained six positions in the last five weeks.
* The No. 06 team will be taking chassis #RK-236 to Daytona. The team tested this car in January, but did not race it at Daytona or Talladega.
* Kluever earned his first top-10 finish in the Busch Series at Daytona in February with a seventh-place finish in the season opener.
Todd Kluever on Daytona:
"It's hard to believe we're going back to Daytona already. The first half of the season has just flown by so fast. We had pretty good luck at Daytona in February, so hopefully we didn't use it all up. You just never know what could happen there. You might have the best car in the field but if you are in the wrong place at the wrong time there isn't much you can do.
"We're taking the car we tested at Daytona in January, but we didn't race it at Daytona or Talladega. It was really fast in race trim, but we were afraid it wouldn't be fast enough in qualifying trim. When we went to Daytona the last time, we had to qualify on time since we were a new team without any points. This time we don't have to sacrifice a good race car just to get one that qualifies better. It's much more important to have a good car for the race than for qualifying. It doesn't really matter where you start at a place like Daytona because you can just as easily move to the front or the back on the very first lap."
