"It's funny how the track is. I don't think we've got it totally figured out. Hopefully after Cup practice tomorrow I'll know some more about it. It's weird. When it gives up grip, like with the front of the race car, it do nest just start to push a little bit, it just takes off like the back of the car does when it gets loose. That's something I haven't experienced driving a race car ever before. It's like getting in the grease sweep or something, and then the front end tries to take off up the hill. I think that's what happened to Tony Stewart exactly coming off the corner. That's something to watch for. The temperature change, normally here it frees the car up when it gets cold at night and it didn't really seem like it did that in the All-Star race. I really don't know what to expect at all. It's kind of a gamble. I know we're hauling the mail here and we'll just wait and see what happens and who can run where. My qualifying lap was really awesome. I went across one and two nearly flat, and going into turn three I was going way too fast and should have probably let up more on the gas, but you're trying to get every ounce out of it you can and got sideways down there and gave up a lot more than the little bit I missed him by. But, it was a good lap for us."
"I think that I'm pretty confident after that qualifying lap that the car is going to be pretty decent. I'm going to be hopefully right there. It's not a points race for me, so it's more fun for me. Competition isn't as tough as the Cup Series, so this is kind of a fun race. I'm eager to race the Busch races because they're so much fun and I have such a good time."
"We really haven't been in a lot of traffic yet and cars are going to be aero-tight and they're going to be loose with a guy on the outside of you. The groove seems to be around the middle of the race track. Some guys can still get it to go pretty good around the bottom. We're all waiting to see what's going to happen really."
