Brad Coleman Completes Six Race Stretch at Thunder Valley

Charlotte, NC (August 22, 2007) -- Being the youngest driver competing consistently in the 2007 NASCAR Busch Series has been an honor for 19 year-old Joe Gibbs Racing standout Brad Coleman. Hot off of Top 5, Top 10 and Top 15 finishes in the last three weeks, he now gets his first shot at racing the "World's Fastest Half-Mile" at Bristol Motor Speedway just before he goes race-less for the next month.

"You grow up hearing about all the famous tracks on the NASCAR circuit, and Bristol is at the top of the list," said an excited Coleman. "My team has had a lot of success during this six race stretch and we hope to go to Bristol and add another strong finish to our accomplishments before I have to sit out for a while."

Coleman's run at another top finish will be a challenge for a lot of reasons in the Food City 250, most noteworthy being the 24 Nextel Cup drivers he will race against that have extensive experience at the famed paper clip track, as well as the Busch Series regulars who raced there this spring. In fact, the teenager will be the only Bristol newcomer in the event.

"We've been really fortunate to have strong finishes at tracks I have never raced at throughout this season, but being a rookie at Bristol is a whole different ballgame," stated Coleman. "I can promise you we will bring the No. 18 Carino's Italian Grill Chevrolet into the house ready to run."
