Braun Racing Announces Rite Aid Sponsorship For 2004

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (March 24, 2004) -- Braun Racing announced Wednesday that Rite Aid Corporation will become an associate sponsor on the X32 TRIMSPA Dodge for the duration of the 2004 NASCAR Busch Series season. David Stremme, driver of the X32 TRIMSPA Dodge, has posted three top-10 finishes in just four starts this year.

"We are very happy to bring Rite Aid on board," said Todd Braun, owner of Braun Racing. "Rite Aid and David Stremme are proven leaders in their field. This is a perfect fit."

Rite Aid Corporation is one of the nation's leading drugstore chains, combining its modern store base, strong brand name, modern distribution centers and superior pharmacy technology with a talented team of approximately 72,000 full- and part-time associates. Rite Aid currently operates approximately 3,400 stores, reporting total sales of $16.5 billion at the end of its 2004 fiscal year.

"I am very happy Rite Aid will be a part of the continued success of Braun Racing," Stremme said. "At Braun Racing we understand how valuable sponsors are at every level. We look forward to having the same great relationship with Rite Aid as we have enjoyed with TRIMSPA."

Rite Aid joins Braun Racing just in time for the team to head to the high banks of Bristol Motor Speedway in the Sharpie Professional 250 this Saturday. The race will be televised live, March 27, at 1 p.m. eastern time on FOX, and broadcast nationally on radio stations affiliated with Performance Racing Network.
