Diversity Driver At The Helm: Garcia, a native of Venezuela is looking to add his name to an already impressive NASCAR diversity driver lineup. Garcia hopes to embrace the competition while hoping to add his name into the record books by becoming the first NASCAR winner hailing from Venezuela.
