* Over the last couple of years, Jason Leffler has proved that he has a knack for beating and banging on the "World's Fastest Half-Mile." In his last four starts at the famed track, Leffler has two top-five finishes and two top-10 starts, including one pole.
* In his last visit to "Thunder Valley," Leffler had his best performance to date as he captured the pole and led for 81 laps before finishing a close second to Kasey Kahne.
* Leffler looks to make up more ground in the point standings this weekend. An early race accident at Las Vegas two weeks ago resulted in Leffler slipping back to 17th in the standings but last weekend's eighth place finish at Atlanta helped him move back up to 12th. He is only 16 points out of 10th and 78 points out of fifth place.

LEFFLER ON BRISTOL MOTOR SPEEDWAY
"Bristol is a place you either love or hate as a driver. There isn't much gray area there. But you CAN grow to love it. When I first started racing in the Nationwide Series, I hated going to Bristol because I just struggled to keep up. But over the last couple of years, I have finally figured the place out and have had some really great runs there. It's challenging and I like that! Now I look forward to the beating and banging of Bristol. Last fall's race was a blast -- racing right there at the end side-by-side with Kasey. Of course, I wish the outcome had been different but it definitely stands out in my mind as some of the best racing of the season."
The No. 38 Great Clips team will compete with chassis #23 in this weekend's Sharpie Mini 300. Leffler has an impressive record driving chassis #23 last season finishing no worse than 11th - second at Bristol (fall), third and fourth at Nashville, sixth at Darlington and 11th at Dover (spring).
