* The Food City 250 will mark Denny Hamlin's fifth career Nationwide Series start at Bristol Motor Speedway (BMS). In five previous starts he has earned one top-five and two top-10 finishes. Hamlin has led laps in three of those events for a total of 104 laps led.

* Making his seventh start of the season for Braun Racing, Hamlin has earned the team two top-five (2nd at New Hampshire and Chicago) and four top-10 finishes.

* Experiencing even more success on the "World's Fastest Half-Mile" in Sprint Cup Series competition, Hamlin has two sixth place finishes and four top-15 finishes in five starts. Earlier this season, Hamlin matched his best previous performance at the track with a sixth place finish in the No. 11 Fed Ex Toyota Camry.

Dollar General On Board with Denny Hamlin at Bristol

This weekend Dollar General will serve as primary sponsor of the No. 32 piloted by Denny Hamlin.

Hamlin on racing at Bristol Motor Speedway

"Having grown up on short tracks I always look forward to the two stops we make each season at Bristol Motor Speedway. This track is unlike any other short track in the country. The racing is tight and aggressive and each lap is as mentally challenging as the last. You need to know what is going on around you at all times so having a good spotter is key. I look forward to teaming up again with the guys at Braun Racing. In my last race with those guys in Watkins Glen we had a great car but electrical problems ended our day early. Hopefully this weekend we can turn that bad luck around and get the Dollar General stores Camry to Victory Lane."

Equipment Information

The No. 32 Dollar General Racing team will unload chassis # 22 in the Food City 250 Bristol Motor Speedway. This is the same chassis Brian Vickers competed with in Atlanta finishing 22nd and James Buescher raced to a 14th place finish in Kentucky.
