Race winner Brad Keselowski, former champion Ron Hornaday Jr. and rising star Cole Custer fail height requirements.
The Nos. 00, 19 and 30 trucks failed post-race inspection height requirements following last Wednesday’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway.
The P2 penalties included 12-1: Actions detrimental to stock car racing; and 20B-12.8.1 Truck failed to meet post-race height requirements.
Crew chiefs Joe Shear (No. 00), Doug George (No. 30) and Doug Randolph (No. 19) were fined $5,000 and each team was docked 10 championship owner points.
Ron Hornaday Jr. and Cole Custer, who finished third and eighth, respectively, also lost 10 owner points. Hornaday is currently fourth in the point standings. He trails points leader Johnny Sauter by 27 markers.
Brad Keselowski, who won the event, does not compete for the truck driver’s championship.
