Lebanon, Tenn. - Shane Sieg fought an ill-handling truck throughout the afternoon's one and only practice session before qualifying, and will line the No. 07 Auto-Air Colors/Lucas Oil Products Chevrolet in the 33rd position for Saturday's 200-mile NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Nashville Superspeedway. Sieg's fast lap of 31.448 seconds/152.595 miles per hour was 33rd fastest in qualifying, leaving the Green Light Racing team with a provisional starting position based on NCTS rules.

"The chain on the left rear kept pulling the rear end housing up through the corners and the left rear wheel felt like it was coming off the ground," Sieg said of his practice laps. "We didn't find it until late in practice, and we never got a lap on the track with it fixed until qualifying, so it was a bit of a crap shoot. We didn't get the lap we wanted in qualifying, but it's better than the alternative. I never drove anything that ill handling before. I kept thinking for sure every time I went into the turn, I was going to crash. I am glad we made it in one piece, and we can work on it from there in the race tomorrow."

The Toyota Tundra 200 is scheduled to start shortly after 5 P.M. Eastern, and will be televised live on Speed Channel. The race will also be broadcast live on selected affiliates of the Motor Racing Network, and can be heard live on NASCAR Radio 144 on XM Satellite Radio.
