TED MUSGRAVE POST RACE QUOTES-
"The Mopar Performance Parts Dodge was great. I was just biding my time and trying to take it easy. The guys were giving me lap times and tell me what was going on. I eased up on the truck for a while and then my teammate snuck up on me so I picked it back up from running 20.4 second laps to 20 flats. I just picked it back up."
"It was a typical deal. I just can't believe these lapped trucks. They're so many laps down and then they take out the leader. That was the second time that has happened to me. I was leading with a real good truck, just cruising and I got taken out. But, that wasn't the end of the day. We came in worked on the truck. The guys did a great job keeping me on the lead lap, all things considered and then I had trouble with the brakes in the right rear. That was the third time we've had trouble with this particular brand of brakes, so I guess three strikes and you're out. We're not going to run them anymore, not matter what."
"It seemed like it was one thing after another, but there was really nothing to gain there at the end. A lot of guys lost their head out there today. There was a lot of stuff going on out there that was really unnecessary, very unnecessary, not even racing. It was way beyond typical short track racing. I saw some stuff out there today that was so deliberate, it was like a fist fight with trucks. I think (series director) Wayne Auton will have a few words for some of these guys."
