CONCORD, NC -- Roush Racing announced today that Auggie Vidovich, III will drive for Roush Racing in the No. 6 Scotts Miracle-Gro Ford F-150 for the City of Mansfield 250 at the Mansfield Motorsports Speedway on Saturday.

"I'm really excited to have this opportunity," said Vidovich. "Jack Roush called and asked if I would drive the No. 6 Scotts Ford this weekend at Mansfield. It's a great opportunity, and I'm thankful to be able to do it. I hope we can pull off a good finish on Saturday."

Vidovich, who has three career NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series starts, will replace David Ragan for the weekend's race at Mansfield. His career best finish came at Portland in 1999, where he finished 22nd.

Vidovich was one of 25 drivers chosen from 1,776 applicants to participate in 2005's Discovery Channel reality show "Roush Racing: Driver X." He advanced from the first segment of the test at Martinsville Speedway to the second and third rounds at Darlington Raceway, ultimately finishing sixth in the competition.

"Driving for Jack Roush and his organization is something I've always wanted to do, so I'm looking forward to making the most of this opportunity," said Vidovich.
