RON HORNADAY, JR. -- NO. 33 CAMPING WORLD CHEVROLET SILVERADO, STARTED 1ST, FINISHED 1ST

You've taken over the points lead today with the win, tell us about your day.

"Can't say nothing bad about it. I've first of all got to thank all the fans who are still standing out there. It was awesome but the sun popped out there at one point and I had a little sun in my eyes but I've got to thank Chevrolet, Camping World and all the guys on this Camping World Chevrolet team because this is cool. Mark Smith really stepped up the motor program with this package and its really making our job easier.

It was a lot of fun and I was going to try and make a race out of it and Sprague almost caught me and I was like "wow". So this is what it's all about because I believe in these guys in hanging these bodies and the first time I saw this truck is the first day that I got down here and sat in it. I just have a lot of faith in these guys and when you get the truck off the trailer you can hold it wide open. I really appreciate it because I hadn't won here in Kansas so this is cool.

What about that last restart with your teammate Jack Sprague behind you. It looked like he almost got you there on the backstretch of the final lap?

"I actually breathed it a little bit to make some kind of race out of it and I got a little sideways when I got down in the corner of turn three and he was a lot closer than I thought but it would have been a heck of a wreck if he would have gotten to the outside. I was actually loose and we made the (truck) a little freer on that last run and it would have been a wreck if he would have gotten to the outside.

The only thing faster than your Silverado today were the fingers of your crew chief Rick Ren's fingers trying to figure out fuel mileage today. You guys had excellent pit work and it took a lot of pit strategy today for you guys to win.

"I'm glad that was on Rick Ren's head because everyone is just as cool as they can be on this Camping World Chevrolet. I also have to thank VFW to come on board with us. I am sure the hair on Rick's head turned grayer today but that's what it's all about."
