* The Houston, Texas native will be making his 10th NASCAR start at Daytona International Speedway this weekend. He has scored three top-10 finishes in those trucks starts and led eight laps.

* Starr will pilot a brand new Toyota Tundra for this Friday's event. It was built over the winter with a superspeedway designed configuration. The team took the Tundra to the wind tunnel before leaving for Daytona and it posted one of the best drag numbers this team has dealt with in this configuration. The closest competitor is teammate Terry Cook's Tundra.

* This Tundra's nickname is Gravedigger. The crew felt like it looked like the famous green and black Monster Truck, so they played off that when naming the Tundra.

About the Sponsor: Zachry, a true EPC provider, is engaged in the planning, building and renewing of the world's most critical infrastructures including emerging energy, power, cement, refining and nuclear facilities.

Starr on a new Team: "Usually starting with a new team there is a learning curve that you have to overcome. But I don't feel that with this team. I went to the shop and worked several nights with them cleaning inside my truck, bolting things on to help them out and really getting to know them. They all pitched in on both trucks and that was refreshing to see. Jim (Harris) told me he was really big on one-team, two-truck concept and he was really pushing that with his crew members. Last year at the end of the year this team was on fire and I really feel like they will pick right up where they left off. I see that this team will work hard for us to get in victory lane and if it is me or Terry, then we will all win together."

Just Let me Race: "I'm just that guy who wants to race. I used to go to the track with my family when I was little and then after a few years we stopped going. So then I went with my neighbors because I was so eat up with the sport. I'm not the guy who likes to sit around and watch it; I like to be in the middle of it. This sport is my passion, it's in my blood and one of the biggest things I've had a huge passion for my whole life."

On Working with Terry Cook: "I'm excited about what this year will hold for us. Terry and I both are veterans and have a lot of knowledge in truck racing. I know we can lean on each other and really pick up faster by doing that. Terry is a competitive guy on the race track but as soon as the checkered flag falls, he is such a stand up guy. It will be nice to know that we have each other in Daytona when the draft is so important. Daytona is known for the beating and banging and getting drafting partners to push you through the race, so it's nice to know you start with one person getting your back before the race begins."
