Sandusky, OHIO (March 11, 2002) - The SealMaster Racing team has a new pit sign for this weekend's race at Darlington Raceway - Mighty Mouse, the toughest "mightiest" mouse in cartoon history.

"Everyone has a favorite cartoon character and mine has always been Mighty Mouse," stated Matt Crafton. "I must own at least a dozen t-shirts with the Mighty Mouse logo on them."

The team felt the change was necessary due to Crafton mistakenly overshooting his pit in Daytona.

"The pit sign is practically the only way a driver has of identifying their pit stall on pit lane during the race," stated Crafton. "In our case, we have always used an '88' as our pit sign and at some tracks that just didn't stand out enough."

The Mighty Mouse pit sign is 3-feet tall and 2 ½ feet wide, hopefully large enough that even the folks in the grandstands can see it. As seen in the cartoon, Mighty Mouse is wearing his yellow and red suit with one extra addition - a #88 on his chest signifying the No. 88 Chevrolet Silverado team.

The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race will be televised live from Darlington Raceway on ESPN2 starting at 6:00 p.m. (EST) this Friday, March 15th. For live qualifying coverage, log onto www.nascar.com or www.truckseries.com.
