HOW ARE YOU FEELING AFTER THE CONTACT WITH THE WALL? "I'm beat up pretty good; that was a hard hit. The tire blew out and there's really nothing you can do about it. I knew something wasn't right after that last restart. It's tough having bad races. The Circle Bar Truck Corral Ford had the total package going on tonight. We led the most laps, and it was an easy race for us. You lay it in your lap and you self inflict a situation like that. It's hard to deal with."

THE TRUCKS CAME INTO THE WEEKEND WITH A RULE CHANGE DESIGNED TO GIVE THEM MORE STABILITY. HOW DID IT WORK? "I thought that at first it was going to help us, but we started the race and we were just evil loose and out of control. The guys never gave up, and the Power Stroke Diesel crew did a great job. Every pit stop we just kept getting better and better, and finally we got it to the point where we were good on the short run, but we needed to be good on a 35-lap run. We were really good for 15 and then we would fall off and be OK for the next five, and then anything after that we were backing up. We went to the front to the back to the front about four times tonight, but we never gave up and we salvaged our first top-10 of the season out of it. I think we were pretty respectable tonight, but we just need to figure out why the truck would only go good on a short run versus a long run. I don't think it had anything to do with the new rules package, but until we get back to the shop and analyze it and do a little off-season testing, we'll have to figure it out."
WHAT WAS IT LIKE RACING HERE UNDER THE LIGHTS? "This place is awesome and I think the fans saw an awesome show, as we knew they would. I got to do a Paws With A Cause autograph session out front with the Power Stroke simulator and the fans were ecstatic to have not only a truck race, but also a truck race at night. They knew they were in for a big surprise and a lot of fans that were coming up told me they were here for the first time ever, and I'm sure the didn't leave here disappointed."

"We ran very strong early and then we fought something and it continued to get worse as the race went on. It was off. I could try to sound real smart, but right now I don't feel very smart. We just had a miserable weekend from top to bottom. We'll just all go home and dig a little deeper."
TODD KLUEVER-50-World Financial Group Ford F-150 (Finished 36th)
WHAT PUT YOU BEHIND THE WALL? "We had something get stuck on the grille. I didn't notice it until it started spitting water, and we came in and took it off, but it overheated. It cooked it."
HOW FRUSTRATING IT IS WHEN YOU'RE A ROOKIE AND YOU HAVE PROBLEMS EARLY IN TWO OF THE FIRST THREE RACES? "We were really good all day today and I was happy with the truck. I thought it was the best truck we had. We started off the race pretty decent. When we started at California we fell way back and then had to come back up. I was just kinda riding around there. We were a little bit loose and just wanted to wait for the first round of pit stops to fix it and then we were going to go racing from there. But, oh well, things happen. I'm pretty upset. I feel bad for my guys; they worked really hard and we had a good truck."
