This will be Kluever's second road course race. His first was in March at Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez in Mexico City where he finished 32nd after losing his transmission with six laps to go.
Todd Kluever on Watkins Glen:
"I think I'll be more prepared for Watkins Glen than I was for Mexico. It helps to have the experience of a full road race under my belt. Boris (Said) will be there too running his Cup car so I'm sure he'll be able to teach me a few things about the track. I plan on spending a lot of time this week watching the DVD of last year's race there just so I can become more familiar with the track and see where the best places to pass are located.
"I've never been to Watkins Glen before but I'm looking forward to it. I've heard it's an awesome place to race. I had a lot of fun road racing in Mexico, so with more experience this should be a good time."
