Green Leads Harvick for "Year of Beer"
Busch Beer Promotion Goes Down to the Wire
Although Kevin Harvick wrapped up his first NASCAR Busch Series championship last week in Rockingham, North Carolina, he trails rival Jeff Green in the quest for another prize at the conclusion of this year's Busch Series season. Busch Beer, sponsor of the series for more than 20 years, will present a year's supply of beer to the driver and team that scores the most top-10 finishes. The Busch brand will also present the same prize to the team that has best displayed their Busch Beer "Top 10" helmet in the garage area throughout the season.
Going into the final race Saturday at Homestead, Florida, Green leads the way with 25 top-10 finishes (a percentage of 77.4) while series champ Harvick trails with 24 tallys (slightly shy of 75 percent). <pre> The Top-10 drivers and teams are:
