The 2013 NASCAR Ford Fusion test was an important day for many reasons, not the least of which was the first chance for Penske Racing to rev up their new Fusions, along side back-to-back NASCAR Nationwide champion, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., who also got his first extended seat time in the car. The Superspeedway test served as a key session in determining how NASCAR would approach the 2013 Daytona 500.
