JAMIE McMURRAY TO BE DESIGNATED DRIVER

CONCORD, NC (April 5, 2006) -- In an effort to promote their 'Be a Champion. Drink Responsibly.' campaign, Crown Royal has developed the 'Safe Rides Home' program aimed at advocating responsible drinking and the use of a designated driver. As driver of the No. 26 Crown Royal Ford Fusion this weekend at the Texas Motor Speedway, Jamie McMurray will lend his support to the campaign by acting as a designated driver for select consumers Thursday evening in Fort Worth, Texas.

McMurray and his team of drivers will provide free, safe rides home for Fort Worth-area bar patrons that are 21 years of ago or older, and reside within a 20-mile radius of participating bars. The event will run from 8:00 p.m. -- 1:00 a.m. McMurray, who will be arriving straight from Busch Series qualifying at the Texas Motor Speedway, will be available from approximately 8:30 p.m. -- 10:00 p.m. Consumers can sign up for a ride home at specially decorated taxi kiosks outside participating bars. A fleet of ten No. 26 Crown Royal Ford Fusions will be on hand near the Rodeo Plaza to assist consumers in getting home.
