KEN SCHRADER - No. 21 Little Debbie Ford Fusion (Finished 42nd)

WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE TIRE? "We don't know. We think maybe a brake hose came loose and got between the tire and the fender and it broke the tire. The tire wear was phenomenal all day and they were doing a good job. I was just looking at it and something caused the tire to go down. We're thinking maybe a brake hose did."

YOU WERE COMPETITIVE TO THAT POINT. "Yeah, it was good. We got up to where we could hang around 20th or so and we had just got it the best it had been, so we were just making adjustments and getting ready for the long run."

MARK MARTIN - No. 6 AAA Ford Fusion (Finished 22nd)

"We were behind from the start. The guys worked really hard on the car and we finished better than I thought we would. We got damage in the race and that didn't help us any either, but we did manage to run the whole race and we didn't crash out. I give the guys an A+ for this weekend."

YESTERDAY'S ACCIDENT DIDN'T ALLOW YOU TO GET ANY PRACTICE WITH THIS CAR SO THAT'S WHERE THE WEEKEND WENT SOUTH, RIGHT? "Yeah, we never got any laps with that car and it was off pretty bad. They got it closer and we got tore up a little bit, but we finished 22nd."

ROBBIE REISER, Crew Chief - No. 17 DeWalt Ford Fusion (Kenseth finished 12th)

YOUR CALL TO SHORT PIT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS GOING TO PAY OFF, BUT THE WRECK AT THE END KIND OF SPOILED THAT. "We just didn't have that good of a car tonight. We were struggling all night long running back there in 25th and the race kind of went the way it was going and it looked like it was gonna go green to the end. We weren't really gonna finish any worse if we took a gamble, so I just decided to come early for tires and see if we could get a better position than where we were at that point. Actually, coming out of this thing 12th was a blessing because we didn't really run that well. Even though we probably would have been eighth or ninth if we could have stayed out of the wreck at the end, it would have been good, but getting 12th was a good run for us."

IT WAS THAT KIND OF A NIGHT. JUST WHEN IT LOOKED LIKE YOU HAD CLEARED ALL THOSE HURDLES, THE WRECK HAPPENED. "I think we've got to get back and do some work on our performance. We've got to run better than that. We don't deserve this if we don't run better than what we ran tonight. That's the bottom line."

DAVID GILLILAND - No. 38 M&M's Ford Fusion (Finished 21st)

"We were good. We had a good run. We really got the car working where it was best and I got up beside Kurt Busch and he didn't know I was there. His spotter didn't tell him and he squeezed me in the wall and the car just wasn't the same after that. It's kind of disappointing, but it's not because we came here, we unloaded, we qualified good and we ran good. Every week we're taking steps in the right direction."

WAS THIS THE BEST OVERALL WEEKEND FOR YOU AND THIS TEAM THIS SEASON? "Yeah, I feel like it is as far as practice sessions, the race and qualifying. It's all coming together. I feel real good about our program."
