LOUDON, N.H. (July 10, 2000) Terry Labonte and Chad Little are recovering from their Lap 5 incident in Sunday's thatlook.com 300 at New Hampshire International Speedway in different ways.

Labonte, already suffering from hairline fractures in his leg, said he is having no additional problems from the incident. In fact, he will be testing with the No. 5 Kellogg's Chevrolet team Tuesday and Wednesday at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Labonte is expected to be on crutches three or four more weeks. He will not have to wear a cast, and his streak of 654 consecutive starts appears to be safe.

Little will be on vacation this week. He was released from a Concord Hospital Sunday after an X-ray on his right collarbone. It was negative, and diagnosed as a contusion to the right clavicle. Little told a team spokesman he was "still feeling it pretty good today".

The next event on the NASCAR Winston Cup Series is the Pennsylvania 500 on July 23.
