Newman's Car to Pay Tribute to U.S. Army Reserve in Atlanta

J ATLANTA (Aug. 30, 2010) -- The paint scheme on Ryan Newman's No. 39 Chevrolet in Sunday night'shSept. 5) Emory Healthcare 500 Sprint Cup raceat Atlanta Motor Speedwaywill pay tribute to the men and women of the U.S. Army Reserve.

Founded in 1908, the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) is the federal reserve force of the U.S. Army. Reserve Soldiers receive the same training as active-duty Soldiers and are offeredthe opportunity to serve near home until they are needed to deploy. Reserve Soldiers combine civilian experience with military training to provide specialized skills for military missions around the world.
