Menard on racing at Pocono Raceway:
"Pocono is such a different track. You have to gear up for a weekend at Pocono. The track isn't like any other track we visit; it has three distinct turns and long straightaways. You have to have your car balanced really well and have a lot of horsepower to get you down the straightaway at Pocono. If you can get a good run off of turn one, that will carry you all the way down into two and is one of the better places to pass on the track.
"We were taken out of contention early last week when we had a really good car and were looking at a top-15 or even top-10 finish. Hopefully we can have a better weekend in Pocono."
Crew Chief Larry Carter on racing at Pocono Raceway:
"Pocono is one of the more challenging tracks that we have to setup for. With three different turns, you have to make sure your car is balanced all around while still getting through the corners well. We have some great Roush Yates horsepower under the hood and good driver behind the wheel. If it hadn't been for someone's mistake last week, we would have come away with a great finish. We're looking to make up for that this weekend in Pocono."
