Notes: This is the third time this season that Goodyear has brought this combination of left- and right-side tires to the track . . . this tire set-up was previously run by teams at both Las Vegas and Bristol in March . . . as on all ovals greater than one mile in length, teams are required to run inner liners in all four tire positions at Pocono . . . air pressure in those inner liners should be 12-25 psi greater than that of the outer tire.

Goodyear Quote -- Mark Keto, Lead Engineer, Stock Car Racing: "This is the same set-up Cup teams have already raced at Las Vegas and Bristol, so teams should have some notes to work from. The differences between the combination we ran at Pocono last year and this year's tire package include a new and improved left-side construction and slightly tougher compounds on both sides."
